SPR# WSCN5RGJTY - LotusScript FileCopy doesn't set the target file codepage attribute to that of the source file. This has been fixed in 6.5.1.

This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #WSCN5RGJTY and has
been addressed in Notes 6.5.1.
